JVLabs AI is a small AI chatbot development team. When we act as a data controller for this website, contact us at connect@jvlabs.io.

- Direct emails — anything you send us.
- Basic web analytics — anonymised aggregate usage so we can improve the site. No third-party ad networks.
3. What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and follow up on possible projects.
- Share relevant information about our services when you have opted in.
- Meet legal obligations and defend our legal rights.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your enquiry to train AI models.
4. Legal basis (UK / EU visitors)
We process personal data on the legal basis of your consent when you send us a message, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating this website and our business.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry, and then archived or deleted. Emails follow our standard retention. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Who we share it with
Our contact form is delivered by a form service (Formspree) which processes submissions on our behalf. We use standard email and calendar tools to reply. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
7. Cookies
This site uses only cookies necessary to serve the pages. If we ever add analytics or tracking, we’ll update this policy and (in EU/UK) ask for consent first.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at connect@jvlabs.io and we’ll respond within a reasonable time (30 days at most).
9. Client project data
When we work on a client project, we typically act as a data processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement — not as a controller. This site policy does not cover client-project data handling.
